$25 Team Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only.

Minimum monthly spend is $25 + monthly handset fees. Total minimum cost is one month of plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Team Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill.

You can change your plan from a Team Plan to a Vodafone Infinite Plan once per billing period however you cannot change your plan from a postpaid voice plan to a Team Plan. You can change your plan from a Team Plan to a Team SIM Only Plan but any remaining device repayments will need to be paid in full on your next bill and you may lose any existing discounts.

Data on Team Plans All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Team Plans include a very small included data (formerly known as "Max Speed" data) allowance as the purpose of these Plans is to share included data with any Postpaid voice or tablet services on the same account. Included data is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data. It will be used first; thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2Mbps until your next billing month.

With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. For more information, check out our speed guide . Sharing on Team Plans A business customer must have a consumer postpaid plan (either voice or tablet) on their account (‘Primary Service’). This gives a customer the ability to add up to 9 Team Plans (either voice or tablet) on their business account so the included data (formerly known as Max Speed data) of the Primary Service/s can share with the Team Plans. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not shareable. If you cancel your consumer postpaid or tablet service/s on your account, your Team Plans will remain.

$5 Roaming on Team Plans Countries subject to change, see current list and full details . Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows you to use your plan’s inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. Team Plans can access the sharing group’s included data (formerly known as Max Speed data) while $5 Roaming. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Equipment Requirement

All customers signing up to a Vodafone nbn™ plan will be required to purchase a Wi-Fi Hub. Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub™ supports up to 32 compatible Wi-Fi enabled devices simultaneously. The Wi-Fi Hub will support nbn™ technology types provided by Vodafone nbn™. You will not be able to use a non-Vodafone SIM card with this device as it is only able to operate with a Vodafone SIM on our network.

iiNet business NBN plans review

iiNet has a lot of plans based on two core speed offerings, which have competitive pricing and decent perks.

iiNet business NBN plans value for money

Out of all of the business NBN plans in our comparison engine, iiNet is one of the rare providers that offers data-limited plans. If you’re looking to save $10 a month on your NBN bill, you can either opt for the iiNet Business NBN 50 Essentials plan or the speedier iiNet Business NBN 100 Essentials plan, both of which come with 300GB of data.

Given the $10 monthly price difference to step up to unlimited data, though, there’s not much point opting for these plans unless your business really doesn’t use a lot of data. All of iiNet’s other business NBN plans come with unlimited data, and either have a $10 upfront fee if you want a modem on a 24-month contract or attract a $79.95 setup fee if you opt for a month-to-month version of the plan (with a BYO modem). Given that month-to-month and unlimited data plans are more prevalent in the business NBN space, let’s use those iiNet business NBN plans as a point of comparison.

The first iiNet business internet plan, then, is the iiNet Business NBN 50 Value offering, which costs $79.99 a month (with a $79.95 upfront fee) for 50Mbps business-hours download speeds.

Upfront fee notwithstanding, this $79.99 monthly fee is a competitive price for a business NBN plan with a BYO modem and PAYG phone service. Aussie Broadband and Optus edge out a win with their respective $79-per-month NBN 50 plans, while More Telecom is nine cents cheaper per month for its equivalent plan.

For comparison, below is a daily updating list of popular business NBN 50 plans with unlimited data and no contract.

If you’d like the same iiNet NBN business plan with a landline phone service, consider the Business NBN 50 Ultimate plan, which costs $89.99 per month (with a $79.95 upfront fee) for the same 50Mbps typical business-hours download speeds.

In terms of the business NBN plans in our comparison engine, this iiNet plan is the cheapest way to bundle a landline phone service with unlimited calls to standard Australian landline and mobile numbers. The only other contender is the TPG NBN 50 XXL Business Bundle, which is $10 more expensive per month (with a $129.95 upfront fee), albeit this TPG plan does come with a modem.

Next up for iiNet NBN business plans is the provider’s Business NBN 100 Value offering. This iiNet business NBN plan costs $109.99 per month (with a $79.95 upfront fee) and comes with 91Mbps typical business-hours download speeds.

For NBN Fast plans, iiNet isn’t as competitively priced as its NBN Standard plans. Optus, Aussie Broadband, Vodafone, More Telecom and Exetel all have cheaper plans. On top of this, Optus, Aussie Broadband, More and Exetel all advertise faster download speeds, too. We’d advise looking at the Optus Internet Everyday Fast – NBN or Aussie Broadband Business NBN 100/40 plan at this price point.

For comparison, below is a daily updating list of popular business NBN 100 plans with no contract and unlimited data.

If you’d prefer an iiNet business NBN alternative that comes with unlimited calls to Australian mobiles and landlines, consider the iiNet Business NBN 100 Ultimate plan, which has the same 91Mbps typical business-hours download speeds and cost $119.99 per month (with a $79.95 upfront fee).

TPG returns to compete with this iiNet plan, arguably with better value. Outside of a steeper upfront $129.95 fee, the TPG NBN 100 XXL Business Bundle includes unlimited calls to Australian mobile and landline numbers, plus it has an NBN modem, all for the same $119.99 monthly fee.

iiNet business NBN features and perks

Regardless of the iiNet business internet plan you sign up for, there are two big features that are great business perks. The first is a static IP address, which offers more straightforward pathways to virtual private network (VPN) connections , server hosting, remote access configurations and more reliable communication (compared to dynamic IP addresses). And the other big positive is priority tech support from a dedicated team.

All iiNet business NBN plans also include contract flexibility, so you can switch between plans at any time, as well as 20 mailboxes, which can be handy if you haven’t set up your own email accounts already. The other iiNet business NBN perks depend on the type of plan you’re signed up to.

Those businesses comfortable with a 24-month contract have a cheaper initial $10 fee to cover the cost of sending out the TP-Link VR1600v modem-router. Outside of this, while most iiNet NBN plans come with a PAYG phone line, the ‘Ultimate’ versions of iiNet’s business NBN plans come with unlimited calls to Australian mobiles and landlines. For $10 extra per month, you can also add a business VoIP international call pack, which includes unlimited calls to landlines from the top 20 international dialling destinations:

iiNet also offers a VoIP business phone for $29.95 a month extra, which includes unlimited standard calls to Australian numbers (including mobile).

Outside of a lack of physical brick-and-mortar stores, which is something that only a handful of providers offer these days, iiNet offers support via dedicated business channels. You can call iiNet on 13 86 89 between 8:00am and 9:00pm Monday to Friday AEST or on weekends and public holidays between 9:00am and 5.30pm AEST.
