Affordable Housing Solutions for Florida Logo

Email: [email protected] More Than Bricks ©

We welcome you, affordable housing solutions for florida, for over 29 years we have provided affordable rental housing, what is affordable housing.

Housing is considered Affordable when it is less than 30 percent of a families gross income. If you are paying more than 30 percent of your income for housing, you are considered a cost burdened household.

Over 11 million Americans are considered extremely cost burdened because they are paying more than 50 percent of their income on housing.

What It Is Not.

Affordable housing is not a subsidized public housing or low income housing.  “Affordable” simple means rents have been set at a rate to allow families, seniors, and individuals to live within 30% of their gross income for all housing expense.  Additionally, there is a maximum household income requirement that excludes those with higher income.

A sampling of our residents include entry level teachers, essential workers such as those in the medical field, restaurant, office, and retail personnel and many of our Sherriff and Law Enforcement.
